Am I missing something here?
If not, This is an outrage. If they are going to save money, how are
they going to do it by sending a letter anyway?
Notice: here is government in action. Mr. Clinton cut the White House
staff by 25% (but only saved 5%) and look at what got cut. The best and
the brightest can no longer be recognized. Aughhhhhhhhhh!!!
