Scouts and Scouters:
I know there has been individual discussions on some of the
"subjective" areas of review by a board of review, such as
Scout spirit, Duty to God, ACTIVE in a leadership position,
and even legitimate community service time.
Well, I had to mention some of those discussions to a higher
authority, and now I am on the local committee to see if we
can collectivly establish somw writen guidelines to 1) be
distributed to scouts so they know what is expected/required
in each area, and 2) so we don't have different opinions
express by each of five members at a board of review.
If anyone already has compiled such guidelines, I would be
be willing to PAY for a FAX copy, or E-mail copy, or offer
other trade items or barter for future considerations.
Or perhaps, some of the items a due for a new reiview on the list?
I welcome all comments and opinions no mater how limited. You may
want to send direct to me rather than the list. Thank you in
advance for any help, ideas, opinions or already written documents!!
