Rick, I'd be glad to have an "officially" controlled bulletin board as ONE
source of information, just not my ONLY source. However, just because it is
officially controlled doesn't mean that the information is "official." It
may only be one professional's interpretation of official policy. As we all
know that can or can not be correct.
