Correst Don! National has been providing this page for the commissioner
staffs across the country for years. However - there is NO requirement to
have it completed, and IN FACT in most cases across the US, that page is
never seen again after the charter is turned over to the unit. If it is
still attached to the charter when it is ready to go into the council --
according to national and local councils, it should be removed. If it is
not - the council takes it off and throws it out.
So, Don, you see - uniform inspections have (at least in the last 20 years)
NOT ever been required. If such a thing is required, you will find it on
the QUALITY UNIT AWARD requirement list, marked with a asterik.
By the way, the new 1993 QUALITY UNIT AWARD forms are out and there is no
change in any of the programs in the requirements (for a change!).
