I could not agree with you more. As a Committee, we
can identify the need to increase the number of assistants, but my
attitude, as CC has been with CM, SM, and EA that they should do the
recruiting and bring the candidates to the Committee. But if they
don't, then the Committee WILL do the recruiting.
