-------Terminology: Tiger Cub Group - Tiger Cub Teams (one adult over 21
and one child (1st grade) Remember if in the case of subsitute adults, the
legal guardian MUST approve the adult working with the boy.
There is no GROUP LEADER. The Tiger Cub program is an equal share progrm,
with each adult responsible for at least one month's meeting. Tigers meet
ONLY once a month.

-----Correct. However, when that adult moves into the pack with the boy,
the adult must then pay a registration and complete an adult leader

----Correct. As stated several times, this is a "coach" position, and as
such gives a hand but does not do the program for the teams.
