According to the latest organization of the Pack (a year or two ago) the Tiger
Group Coach had a title change from Tiger Organizer and the slot moved from
the committee to a position under the Cubmaster similar to the Den Leader
Coaches. In light of that change it makes sense to also provide a knot with
requirements similar to those of the DLCs.
P.S. We call the tiger groups rings to differentiate them from the Cub dens.
The group leader is called a ring leader, which sounds appropriate. I don't
remember what the "book" calls them.
