We are in the Scouts trying to build strong independent young men
and women. If we are doing our job correctly they SHOULD be
questioning all the "received wisdom" of our culture and be
able to pick what is good discard what is usless and in
my opinion most importantly change what is bad. If part
of this means they challenge the religious convictions of
their elders let them do so - if we have taught them well
they will emerge stronger and firmer as a result.

As a matter of practicality I will register any boy in my
Pack no matter "What Country Class or Creed" he may belong to.

PS Quote is from the Scout Law as I learnt it 30 years ago
PPS If I could get away with registering girls I would do
that as well !!!
