Old BSA and STILL INTERNATIONAL SCOUTING Handshake

The old BSA handshake is done with the left hand with the little finger
dropped so it interconnects with the little finger of the left hand of the
person you are shaking hands with. It is my understanding that this
handshake is still used by most Scouting organizations, or at least at the
international level. Maybe we can get confirmation of that from one of
your European or Pacific Rim participants.
