Tandy Leather has just about anything you would want or need to make bolo
ties including plans (how to and other ideas), backs, tips, etc. They also
have a good line of cements and materials to make the slide part.
There is a discount schedule for volume purchases and a youth group price
list (you have to ask for it).
P.S. Tandy's is a good program resource. Most of the folks who work there
(and all of the managers) are experienced leathercrafters. They are more than
willing to work with your group to introduce leatherwork either at the store
or at your meeting place. (at least that has been my experience)
