One thing that I have not seen in any of the "Rovering" notes is what it
has to offer that cannot be had in any of the existing programs. I may
have missed this; please fill me in.
One minor history note: we borrowed from Baden-Powell, however he also
borrowed from us. BP drew upon Ernest Thomas Seton's "The Birch Bark Roll"
for the woodcraft program when writing a preliminary paper, "Boy Scouts - A
Suggestion", and presumably the follow-up to Brownsea: "Scouting For Boys."
