COED scouting other than BSA?

Living on a "frontier" with Canada, we have had the opportunity to
participate in Canadian events and have hosted the SCOUTS Canada
units at events in the USA, plus have visited and participated
in National and World Jambo's, plus served as COED EXplorer Advisor
(of a BSA unit) in Frankfort, West Germany.
I have "observed" that "scouting" in many other countries has some,
or all levels of scouting as COED. Now finaly some quesitons for
the LIST/NET. Which nations and/or programs are COED? For those
such as Scouts Canada, and maybe UK, what happened to the Girl Scouts
and/or Guides? Did they merge, or has SCOUTING just gone COED without
merging with the GIRLS programs? Is SCOUTS Canada the ONLY program
of that kind, decended from Lord and/or Lady Baden Powel, Juliet Low etc.
I have yet to hear major negative feed back from COED scouting programs.
There seem to be LOUD voices in the USA that object to COED scouting,
but it seems that most of the rest of the world has adjusted, and that
scouting is still going strong in those COED programs. I am not really
looking for a discussion of the pros versus cons, but some facts about
what the history was in scouting programs outside the USA, and how
the achieved successful COED scouting.
