The actual wording and interpretation of the "belief in God" parts of the
BSA material is very non-specific. The only people who seem to have prob-
lems with it are pompous asses with their own personal agendas to promote.
They want the program to change to fit their beliefs, even if they are the
only ones in the program that hold those beliefs *and* would rather destroy
a good program rather than just keep their mouths shut. In my opinion,
the vast majority of these people express opinions and attitudes which vio-
late enough of the other tenets inherent to Scouting to boot them out without
ever considering their religious beliefs.
