sexual orientation and related bs

I hope this is not out of line, or a repeat I have not been able
to keep up with the volume of messages on this and related subjects.
Please consider the following points:
The subject of sexual orientation keeps coming up. This is a hot
issue, each re-hashing floods my mailbox with many many messages.
Recently there was a outpouring of concern over wasting precious
'bandwidth' on kids using the net. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but I
thought that kids were the focus of scouting??) There was much talk
of putting the kids on a separate kids scouting list.
Therefore I suggest that we now start the following separate lists
and let those who are so inclined sign on and discuss any issue to
death and beyond.
Sorry for the slur, it just seems to reflect much of
the attitude in the messages that I did read.
When all you really have to say is "I AGREE", but you
insist on giving us all another message with 10 lines of
header, 10 lines of signature and 1 line of really clever
and informative message.
When you are sending a personal message and don't bother to
look up the mailing address but would rather broadcast it
to the entire list.
Don't get me wrong, I think this is a terrific opportunity for an
exchange of information and ideas. I am not about to get rid of my
subscription. I only wonder how many true GEMS of information were
hidden in the 20 or so sexual orientation messages that I did not
have time to read and therefore deleted without reading?
