Good Morning David!
Talk with Shel Dick....he was (I believe) in the same situation. See what
he had to do to become registered with the TAC.
I did find out that the World Bureau does NOT allow TAC and the FEC (Far East
Council) permission to set up in other countries....the territory of the TAC
and the FEC are "all United States controlled or owned facilities located in...
(names of countries), all United States embassies and other locations where
United States citizens and their families are present...."
(that's the reason why TAC is not allowed to have foriegn members from the
"host Country" in the BSA programs.....its not a military policy, believe me!)
p.s...what are they doing with the Three Rivers District?? Now that Alpine is
about gone, is Bavaria going to overshoot Three Rivers or will TRD get larger
