With our council Pow Wow just this Saturday, and with my chairing the
section of Tiger Cubs - this is an interesting question. Does anyone have
I have a letter from National that states: Tiger Cub scouts and their
adults are entitled to wear the one year service star on an orange
background at the end of their one year in Tiger Cubs, but I have nothing
for the adult scouter involved.
However, be aware that the Den Leader Coach and the Tiger Cub Coach are two
SEPARATE positions on a pack committee, not to be confused with one
another. The Tiger Cub Coach wears the badge of office (there is one,
#7801) to be worn on the left sleeve of the uniform. Therefore, with years
of training positions behind me, and as a member of a training team, let me
assure you the position has a knot award, it is pack committee Scouters
Training Award. The device worn is that of Cub Scouts (although I think a
Tiger device is a great idea, tell the National Uniform and Insignia

my Tiger Cubs presentation, please let me know.
