Two deep merit badge counseling

This is a distinct problem. A solution that has worked on occasion is to
do the counseling at a public place such as *urger *ing or *ac*onnalds or
the like so that you are not alone with the Scout one to one . . .
As regard at one's residence, have the spouse present . . .
It seems that someplace recently I saw an "instructions to Merit Badge
Counselors" that indicated that the MBC should be working with at least
two Scouts at a time so as to avoid the one to one situation . . .
