Help with Den Meetings

Hi! I'm new to this group and I'm looking for ideas on
games and projects that cub scouts can do with their parents
during den meetings.
First, an intro. I've been involved with cub scouts for
the past two years, usually in an administrative level. (I
would do the paperwork for the den leader.) Occasionally
throughout the wolf and bear years I've filled in as
den leader. This den has now grown to 18 boys and we have
had to separate them into three groups...and now I've been
approached to be a den leader.
I feel overwhelmed! I have 5 boys (with more to come) and 5 dads
faithfully attending each den meeting. These workaholic
fathers see the den meetings as an outlet to interact with
their sons. The boys see it as a way to meet with other boys. Given that
information, I'm not exactly sure how to run the first few den meetings but
I think some games would be an icebreaker.
I'm looking for ideas as my time for researching is rather limited.
(You see, I also work a full time job and attend college classes two nights a
week.) Our first den meeting is scheduled for next Friday night, October 4th
in a church hall.
So...If anyone has a strategy for running den meetings that works
for them and is willing to share the idea, I'm willing to listen.
