I'm having a few technical difficulties here. The Systems
Administrator has loaded a new copy of the E-Mail system the Army
uses, and I'm confused (normal).
I am having problems trying to send personal E-Mail to some of those
who have responded to my introduction. It's not that I'm not trying,
just that I'm not getting it done. One problem is that the system
doesn't recognize some of the addresses (e.g. EKU.BITNET). I suppose
it was intentionally left out because this is a Military system. At
least I hope so, otherwise I'll be sitting here with egg on my face.
In addition to that, they've changed my address.
OLD ADDRESS: email@example.com
NEW ADDRESS: firstname.lastname@example.org
And now for something different:
If anybody's wondering, Ft Huachuca is situated in the southeastern
part of Arizona. If you look on a map, you will see that there are
mountains, desert, one lake and not much of anything else. I went to
the local bookstore to get a copy of the "Insight" magazine, and there
were none to be found. Most stores had never even heard of it. What
did it say? Could somebody who has read it, please post a synopsis
of the article?
Help! Blackeagle, have you used DDN to access the Internet very
much? How does one do it, or do I need to find another way?
Before I talk too much, I'll say goodbye. Remember, if it doesn't
matter, it doesn't matter.
