Thanks to Don who pointed me in the right direction it looks like Philmont
will see about 60%-65% of totality during this summer's eclipse beginning
at 11:35 am, with maximum coverage of the sun at 12:51 and ending at 2:06.
It seems that most of the country will witness a partial eclipse to some
degree except for the extreme NE U.S. Even Atlanta will see about 40%.
