BSA should be actively encouraged to end its discriminatory policies. The
LA judge should be picketed for her heterosexist ruling. Information regarding
the repression-encouraging practices of BSA must be disseminated. While
I have no children, I would personally discourage any and all of my friends
with children from being involved in any way, shape or form with the BSA.
Discrimination based on sexual preference or orientation is no different
from discrimination based on gender, race, age, RELIGION, or political
leanings. It serves one purpose only, and that is the systematic
destruction of the oppressed group. Discrimination does not belong
in any organization, particularly one of the size and popularity of BSA.
