That is correct. If a young man wants to work towards Eagle, he must be
in a Venturing Post or Ship, not a Learning for Life Exploring group.

This may be a significant question now. If a HA Post goes over to Learning
for Life will they be able to earn any of the awards they currently can?
What about rank advancement for the young men? My understanding is that
LFL is completely separate fromt the BSA advancement systems.
