Quartermaster stands alone. There is no higher rank. Also, what's that
"cluster" stuff? The way I heard it, Able Sea Scouts have the option of
working directly upon the Silver Award. Why anyone would do that is beyond me.
I'm 18 so I might get Silver if they have it. I don;t want to do another
project because I already did 3. My Dad friend in Florida has Silver and
Quartermaster from the old days.
