I also agree that kids rule. Just keep your head down. National and over anxious DE.s always get excited at someone not toeing the line.

My Sea Scouts told me that if Venturing remains a youth run program BSA then
EOAs and Quarterdecks will make their own decisions. I have strong opinions
<VBG> and so do my Sea Scouts. They often differ and the legal moral ones that
my kids make RULE!
That fits in to your idea.
