I'd like to point out that Rovering exists in many different countries,
from Sweden to New Zealand to Switzerland to the Phillipines. In fact
there is a World Rover moot in 2000 held in Mexico. There were 80
countries represented at the last moot in Sweden, if I recall correctly.
