New former Exploring Programs

Venturing for former High Advenure Explorers, Rovering for 19-26 year olds,
Sea Scouts for us and Air Scouts for what remains of Aviation Exploring (the
old, Air Scouts).
Let's not screw up our terms agai, let's try to trmain part of the World
