I am not sure which award you are talking about. The "conservation good
turn award" maybe?
You will probably have to order the Gold Award from your local scout
office. That probably will take 3-4 weeks unless they have them in stock.
The paperwork goes to your Scout Executive. So that just depends on how
long he takes to sign papers. The certificate is what they call a "bin"
item. They are free but can take 30- 60 days to come in. Most people don't
know about the certificate because it not publicized. The item number on
it is 23-322. It is a very nice certificate. There is also a knot that
they can wear on their uniform. It is a silver knot on a red, white, and
